  • Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
  • Check your internet connection and device time.

How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone, follow Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions steps or use apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
"Restore Purchases" is not working. What should I do?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID and have a stable connection. Restart your device and try again. If the problem persists, contact us with a screenshot.
I can't access my invoice.
You can access all your invoices and open support requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Write to support@okandemirkaya.com with the subject "DELETE MY DATA – Fluenti" from your registered email. Your request will be processed after identity verification.
